Start by signing up for The Idiot Proof Diet

After signing up for the diet and receiving your confirmation go ahead and log into your account.

You’ll probably want to start by downloading the Diet Handbook which includes the 10 Weight Loss Rules and lots of other GREAT tips for losing weight and staying thin. Also, if you’ve decided to purchase the additional product, Beyond Calories, you’ll want to go ahead and download that now too. Both of these are downloadable as PDF files, so you can read them on your computer, or print them out and take them with you.

From the same screen where you download the Diet Handbook, you’ll be able to access the unique Fat Loss 4 Idiots Online Diet Generator by clicking the button at the top of the screen. Clicking that button will launch the diet generator. The next screen will have several options and you’ll want to click the one on the left that says Vegetarians. Confirm that you do want to use the vegetarian version of the diet generator and you’ll be taken to the screen where you’ll be able to select your foods.

In the vegetarian version of the diet generator, you’ll find there is a wide variety of foods to choose from, base on the type of vegetarian you are. Whether you consider yourself a vegan, lactovegetarian, or a lacto-ovovegetarian, you’ll find foods available for creating your diet meal plan.

While in the online diet generator, you’ll be presented with two columns of foods; one column contains protein calorie foods and the other column contains carbohydrate calorie foods. You’ll be choosing 7 to 15 foods from each column and these are the foods that will be used to generate your meals for the next 11 days. You’ll be eating 4 meals a day for the next 11 days.
