Get a bikini bodyThis may seem like a weird topic to be writing about in January, but if you start thinking about how you’re going to lose weight for summer, come June, you’ll have your beach body and be able to fit in that bikini you’ve had your eye on.

Looking for encouragement to get started? That part is easy. Getting a bikini body isn’t really that difficult. A fitness plan may be one of the tools you use to reach your weight loss goals, but you’ll probably want to combine it with some type of diet.
